Firstly, for security reasons and to protect the transmission of your confidential files and personal data, our site uses exclusively SSL/TSL encryption. We collect the contact details that visitors of the website provide themselves via the contact form or when subscribing to our newsletter, including:

Our website is hosted with All-Inkl.com – Neue Medien Münnich, which uses servers in Dresden, Germany. Each time our website is accessed, All-Inkl creates standard web server log files. These log files store the following details:

This data is not merged with any other data sources.

For the provision of our translation services,  we rely on our global network of independent language provision contractors and industry specialists that have signed and are subject to our Service Contract & NDA, which guarantees the confidentiality of the documents they receive and personal data in accordance with the GDPR. These contractors only receive the documents provided to us by our clients, and no other personal data.

5. What are your data protection rights?

Insofar as we process your personal data, you have the right to request information from us regarding the contents of such data. You also have the right to:

  • Delete, correct, or block access to your personal data
  • Restrict the processing of your data
